All operations originate from this office and are supported by remote nodes, both in NY and NJ. All products/systems are tested and pre-staged here and at affiliate locations before delivery or installation. Support, phone and remote, is available from 8am to 8pm eastern standard time. We are a full service organization responsible for first line warranty fulfillment and our record earns us referrals every month. Our main data storage is housed in Goshen with redundant server operations in NJ for disaster recovery and emergency procedures.
